Step 1: Recruitment

As soon as you send us your CV, we pre-select those who best fit the profile we are looking for.

Step 2: Interview
We will contact you by telephone to discuss the key aspects of the position and if you are a good fit, we will conduct an in-depth interview.
Step 3: Psychometric and/or technical tests
Once you have passed the interview we carry out a series of tests to confirm your fit with our culture and with the position on a technical level.
Step 4: Technical interview
You will have a meeting with the area manager to assess your technical suitability for the position and the work team.
Step 5: Job offer
If you are the selected person we will make you an approach of incorporation.
Step 6: On boarding
On your first day at Profand Group, you will meet with different people who will be in charge of guiding you on your first day at work, as well as introducing you to the different teams. During the first weeks/months you will have an initial training plan to make your incorporation as satisfactory as possible.
