On October 3, 4 and 5 we attended Conxemar, the meeting point for the entire processing sector. This year it has gathered a successful number of visitors reaching 26,736 people and 767 exhibitors, 13.3% more than in 2022, coming from 45 countries.

At our stand we welcomed, amongst others, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Luis Planas, and the President of the Galician Regional Government, Alfonso Rueda, who visited the XXIV Conxemar Expo and he stopped by our stand to see first-hand all our new products.

Once again, we took advantage of the Conxemar Exhibition to present our most innovative products, generating great interest among the visitors. The stand displayed a wide range of products designed and manufactured to meet the needs of each customer, highlighting those processed with High Pressure Processing (HPP) to ensure food safety. This process guarantees the complete removal of pathogenic organisms, extending shelf life and maintaining nutritional and sensory qualities.

The great innovation presented was the new process that combines our High Pressure technology and freezing. With this new method we extend the shelf life of the products even more.
