Once you send us your CV, we will preselect candidates that best fit the profile we are looking for.
We will phone you to discuss key aspects of the position and if you are the right fit, we will conduct an in-depth interview.
Psychometric and/or technical tests
If you pass the interview, you will take a series of tests to confirm that you fit with our culture and with the position from a technical point of view.
You will meet with the area manager to assess whether you are technically suitable for the position and for the work team.
We will make you a job offer if you are selected.
You will meet several people on your first day at Profand Group who will guide you through the company and introduce you to the different teams. You will have an initial training plan for the first few weeks/months to make your incorporation into the company as successful as possible.
